Our practice run. I put the costumes on the boys a few days before to get them used to them. At first they were happy...
But then the melt down happened! Yes...its Dylan! Love the expression on Kennedy's face..its like he is saying "Dude!! What is wrong with you???"
Kennedy as Tigger..Halloween night
Dylan as Pooh! Running away from me!
Daddy D chasing the boys!
Pooh takes a tumble...it was a hard couple of days for Dylan :(
Kennedy running towards the road :(
Hahaha! Daddy catches them both!
The boys playing with their baskets...they LOVE them so much. They are still playing with them now (a week later!)
My 3 fav guys!

Halloween is tomorrow! I have been putting this one task on hold for the last week! So, I figured it was finally time for the boys to paint their pumpkins! It started out ok..I thought they were getting the concept. But then they started eating the paint! Here are some pics!
It started out good!
Then they started eating!
A little table painting never hurt anyone!
We finished the whole experience with the boys being angry that I wouldn't let them continue to eat the paint and pumpkins...and Kennedy throwing up blue. The whole ordeal took about 20 minutes. At least we got some good pics!

I recently removed all dangerous (or so I thought) items from the boys room so they can play in there. We have these big pillows that they play with and one of them has a hole. I went in to check on the boys and they were eating the fluff!!! They thought it was hilarious! You can see them shoving the fluff from the pillows into their mouthes! Man oh man...these boys keep me on my toes!

When Dallas is gone away, I often put the boys in their cribs so I can get a shower. I usually put a couple of toys in with them to keep them entertained. From what I saw when I got out of the shower, it looks like I can only put small soft toys in with them now. Dylan was using his truck to stand on and possibly try to escape!!! In the first picture, you can see Kennedy looking at him with interest in his eyes!

It took us soooo long to pick a name for our little girl! We kept going back and forth...back and forth! So, we finally decided on Emma Jane! When naming the twins, we included my dad and Dallas' dad and mom in the naming process. Click here to read about how we named them.... The only person left out was my mom. So, I knew I wanted to include my moms name. That is where Jane comes from. Also, it turns out that Emma is my grandmas (my moms mother) great grandmas name too. So it was nice to find that out! What were the other names we were looking at? Here is the list! This is our "short" list taken from a list of about 20 or so names. Emma was the ONLY name that I could comfortably say while talking to her in my belly lol!

I've said it before and I will say it again...When you are home all day with 2 toddlers, you have to get really creative to keep them entertained! This particular day, I decided to make the boys into superheros! All I used was a bath towel and a clip that we bought that adjusts the boys pants if they are too big. The boys had fun and it kept them entertained for a bit!
